Extended Tune-Up - Unfortunately, sometimes a computer is so currupted or infected that the only way to fix all issues is to erase the hard drive (don't panic, we back up all your files first) and reinstall all software

- Complete Backup of all your personal files (up to 20 gigabytes) - $1 per GB over 20GB
- Erase & reformat of the hard drive
- Reinstall pre-existing operating system
- Reinstall all hardware drivers
- Reinstall all basic software (i.e PDF reader, image editor, etc.)
- Reinstall pre-existing software (for specialty software, CD and valid license required)
- Limited User Account setup to help prevent future infections & coruption (if requested)
An Extended Tune-Up will take 3-6 hours depending on the speed of your computer.
